A LITTLE CLARITY

Before you turn the page.

Stories and learning materials

How do I start a course?

Choose a course in the story library and select Start learning. The story map on the left keeps your topics and chapters together.

Where can I find the PDFs?

The main PDF appears inside the lesson. Turn pages and zoom as you read. Extra downloadable files are in Resources. If the viewer can’t open the file, use the separate PDF link.

How is my progress saved?

Use the completion button at the end of a lesson to mark it done and continue. Your progress is saved to your account when you’re logged in.

How do quizzes and assignments work?

Your teacher places quizzes and assignments in the course story map. Complete a quiz on its own lesson page. Assignment submission appears only where your teacher has added it.

Who can see my notes?

Only you can see what you save in My notes. Messages you post in Discussion can be read by other learners with access to the lesson.

Membership and your account

What does membership open?

An active monthly membership opens the member courses. You can review the current price and terms on the Membership page.

Where can I manage or cancel my membership?

For an account connected to a Stripe subscription, Manage membership opens the secure billing portal from the Membership page. If the button is missing, ask your teacher for help.

What happens if a payment fails?

Check your payment details and any bank confirmation in the billing portal. Course access follows your current subscription status.

Will my previous progress stay saved?

Completed lessons stay saved to your account. Access to paid learning materials depends on your current membership.

Milestones and a little help

How do I earn XP?

Completing a lesson for the first time earns 10 XP. Finishing a whole course for the first time earns another 100 XP. Repeating the same completion does not award XP again.

Where can I ask about a lesson?

When your teacher enables it, send a lesson question through Ask your teacher. Published answers become a reference for other learners.
